The spacious, bright living room is tastefully decorated and features a Smart TV. You will find an open kitchen with, among other things, a stove, hood, (combi) oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher.

This modern villa has 3 bedrooms; downstairs a double bedroom with closet, upstairs a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds together and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a shower cabin, washbasin and an infrared sauna.

Through the patio doors in the living room you reach the spacious garden with terrace at the front and back of the house, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful nature.

The forest villa has a living area of approximately 105 m2. It has underfloor heating throughout the first floor and a heat pump. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Next to the house is space to park two cars. Bicycles can be stored in the shed.
